General Managers (GM), Assistant General Managers (AGM), and Managers are the key professionals in the organization responsible for developing and carrying out this management process.

We have several Mechanical, Civil, Electro-Mechanical, and Chemical Engineers who are well-experienced in Textiles Machinery, Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Steam Boilers, Cooling Towers, and other machinery sales and services. Our company strongly believes in teamwork alongside all our customers, and our Office Manager ensures the best logistics support for every client.

Md. Abul Kalam Azad
ChairmanHe serves as the Chairman of Techno Bangla Engineering Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing investment management, strategic decision-making, and giving final approval for major company policies and projects. His leadership ensures that the company maintains its vision, growth, and long-term sustainability.
Md. Mominul Islam
Managing DirectorMd. Mominul Islam is a Graduate Engineer with extensive local and international training in utility equipment. He brings over 20+ years of experience in the Industrial Utility sector, specializing in sales and service for leading brands such as Pulsar, Nikkiso, Aqualabo, Zhongda Bright, XUDA, SMC, and Buckman, along with expertise in Steam Boilers, Compressors, and ECR. He leads Business Development and Technical Operations.

Director (Operation)With over 13 years of experience in corporate office management and operations within the environmental and wastewater industrial sector in Bangladesh, she specializes in executing techno-commercial tendering and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.

General Manager (Project Sales)With over 20 years of trade experience in the Textile, Food, and Beverage industries, he specializes in the sales and service of KingSun & Truwater Cooling Towers and AF Compressors. He leads sales strategy, tender management, and business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ziaur Rahman Sabuj
Asst. General Manager, ProjectHe assists in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects related to ETP, STP, water treatment, and utility systems, bringing 15 years of experience in the field.
Md. Hamidul Rahman
Head of TechnicalWith 19 years of experience in mechanical fabrication for power plants, he oversees technical evaluations, ensures engineering compliance, and supports project execution and quality assurance.
Md. Shariful Hasan
Dy. Manager (Sales)He has over 13 years of experience in water treatment systems (WTP-STP-ETP) and analytical instrumentation driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and leading sales teams. Responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving targets, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with marketing and operations to maximize revenue.
Md. Majedur Rahman
Manager, ServicesWith 10 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Service, and Troubleshooting, he is responsible for ensuring timely installation, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and supporting smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems.

Asst. Manager, ProjectBrings 11 years of experience managing ETP, WTP, and STP projects, overseeing planning, execution, budget control, and ensuring timely, quality delivery.
