Cross Correlation Flow Meter

An ultrasonic cross-correlation flow meter measures fluid velocity in open channels and partially filled pipes by taking high-speed acoustic snapshots of microscopic particles or bubbles. By correlating these patterns between downstream sensors at known time intervals, it maps the full velocity profile without obstructing flow.
